Q. I have not received my order yet. Where is it?
A. The delivery time of your order depends on the chosen shipping method. The Registered Airmail usually takes 2-4 weeks to arrive but might take a bit longer to certain countries. Please see the Shipping Info page for more information.
Q. Can I change my shipping address?
A. Yes,it is ok to change the shipping address before you place your order. If you have placed your order,you may contact our customer service to change the address. But if the order has veen shipped, you may be charged for changing the shipping address, and need to contact USPS/UPS personally for any changes.
Q. How can I track my order?
A. If you have chosen a shipping method that includes tracking information, you can track your order online after it has been shipped.

The order confirmation including the tracking code will be emailed to you automatically when placing an order. Some email services might consider these automated emails as spam. Please check the spam folder in case the message has ended up there.
Q. Can I change my shipping address?
A. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to make changes to your order. But you can contact customer service to cancel your order before it's ships.
